I used to get those, and then I was diagnosed with a thyroid thing - go figure. Maybe just a coincidence. The thyroid thing can be checked by a simple blood test, but I realise I live in a country where blood tests and doctor visits are free if bulk billed. The problem with you ever getting diagnosed is that you would have to obtain and pay for the medication.

This needs to be checked, OP. My life is 400% better now that I know the problem isn't me being lazy and sleepy for no reason. I don't know enough about your culture, but if there's a way you can get it checked - do it. Thyroid issues are serious - and if you get onto the medz, your life will be so much easier and you won't feel so overwhelmed. And as someone else said here... if you have to go into debt to get treated - do it.
