(Anonymous) 2012-05-19 08:11 pm (UTC)(link)And yes, someone else informed me of that, it was an incorrect assumption on my part, because Katara and Aang were part of the main cast of A:TLA and I had assumed LoK was a second gen show.

(Anonymous) 2012-05-19 09:21 pm (UTC)(link)I wasn't attempting to start wank, I had just never seen a screencap from the show that showed her so pale, and was curious as to why if it was a real screenshot, there was so much wank over people "making" her too pale skinned in fanart, when if during sunlight/bright light scenes she may appear lighter skinned than during night/dark lit scenes.
To be honest that was my first reaction to the screencap in this secret as well. I've seen a lot of other caps of her where her skin looks a lot darker, but here she's so pale that I couldn't help but think that if it was fanart the artist would catch hell.
