Yeah, they scare me too. I'm very happy they didn't win my riding. I mean, it would be nice to have a new party in power (40+ years is a little ridiculous), but if Wildrose is the alternative? No thank you. That said, I am glad Alison Redford will have a chance to prove herself.

Also, it's awesome to see another Albertan on here. ^.^

REDFORD. I think I've pre-emptively crushed on her or something. As much as I'd like to see a different party holding the majority, I'm completely up for settling for new faces and directions if it means pc will stop stagnating and actually use progressive part of their name more often.

The Wildrose party scared the bejezus out of me... my God. I spent half the lead up to the election just slack jawed and shaking my head. Thank goodness we avoided that mess.

I'm in Edmonton, so we thankfully have none of their candidates representing any of our ridings. It's probably the only time I will appreciate vote splitting for ensuring that though.

Oh man, I miss Edmonton. lol I was concerned about the conservative parties when I was growing up in Edmonton but Calgary... my GOD. It's just plain scary down here! Can I come home now?
