The French Mistake.

There was an episode where Sam and Dean accidentally crossed over into another universe, one where they took the place of actors named "Jensen" and "Jared" who filmed a TV show called "Supernatural" and it was all very very tongue in cheek and meta and ugh. I hated that episode.

Anyway, TFM!Misha was killed during the episode and was not brought back. So, ironically, the OP gets their wish - the person in the secret image is dead and not being brought back.

Ah, thanks for explaining! I stoppded watching sometime season 4 and only read up on the big plot developments and wanks. I knew about the episode (though not that "Misha" died in it), but the acronym meant nothing to me.

Yeah, that's kind of ironic. Makes me think troll even more.

My pleasure! I stopped watching for a while myself, though I've picked it back up again.

I doubt it's a troll, unfortunately. There's a certain class of SPN fan these days who loathe Castiel to this bizarre extent. They hate him far more than they like the show. It's probably an honest mistake on the OP's part, but eh. I guess hating that much makes them happy.

That sounds like a really crappy, cliche piece of fanfiction. I have never been so relieved I stopped watching that show.

Most of the show was much, much better than that particular crapfest. And, for what it was, it was surprisingly funny - especially, it seemed, if you were not part of fandom. It was one of the first episodes my non-fandom boyfriend watched from the show and he thought it was hilarious. It was just way, way too fourth wall breaking for me.

Most of S6 was better than that, thank fuck.
