Okay, I have a question, because I'm snoopy; how do you make sure you get all the secret threads up before people start posting commentary once the post goes up? I've always wondered how you managed to do that when some people are super-duper fast on the posts once they're up.

Post it as admin-only at first, post all the comments with fscom, unlock it! Then I post a fresh post after that with like "post is up" or "new post" in it (just so people get email notifications), then delete it right after.

IIRC, he keep the post private until he has all the comment threads up. I know this because one time he forgot to private it. F!S had fun with that one.

Yeah, that's what he said. It makes sense; I do that with posts at my graphics comm; make sure it's all set in a private post and then set it to everyone.
