It looks like a legitimate ASOIAF secret to me, just 786px across which is almost 200 past the limit, but the background is rather terrible, isn't it? Here's a transcription, though! (There may be slight errors, some of it was a little difficult to see.)

Sometimes I just want to smack some of the book-first fans. Admittedly, I began with the show - but I saw one episode before I began reading the book, and was on the third before season 2 hit. So I'm eager to see certain things too, and I know when something's not like the book. ANd for the most part, I don't care. It's TV, a different medium. Some things have to change just for that reason, and as for others... Honestly, I like some of the changes for their own sake. It means there's still some surprise in it for me. I don't get why people have to whine so damn much about it. Oh, and the changes in Dany's Qarth storyline? I love those, because book!Qarth is still the most boring part of the series, as far as I'm concerned. And yes, I read AFFC, I think that book is fascinating. Just chock-full of unpopular opinions, oh well.

Thanks! My astigmatism isn't fully corrected with either my contacts or glasses (contacts won't do the job - eye doctor warned me about that, and glasses are out of date), and the white on white/grey/mottled/lights/lettering was destroying my eyes. T__T I was just boggling at how someone could be 200px over sized and STILL not be able to design something that could be read. @____@

I do feel a bit bad for OP. It's not a bad secret or anything; just too large and too incomprehensible. Even the half of it that was more readable was still a bit difficult to get through.

Please don't hurt your eyes, either! If there's anything else I could help with transcribing in the future, I probably will, this sort of thing is no trouble.

Thanks, I'll keep it in mind! Ha ha...normally, I just skip unreadable secrets entirely, but I could kind of guess that it was about book fandoms from the background images, and I thought maybe it was a funny troll trying to be all "meta" about reading/word use or something. XD I sometimes over-think things. XD
