So I get the email whenever a new FS post comes up, but I click the link that says view the entry and then it doesn't exist?

It's because I make the real FS post admin-only at the start, to get all the organizational comments in. Then I post a blank public entry and delete it so that everyone gets the notification that there's a new post (you don't get one if the post is originally admin-locked and you can't see it)!

Try logging in with OpenID. All you need to do is log into LJ and enter your identity URL, ex. http:// yourname .livejournal.com/ in the OpenID login page.

You can associate an icon to your OpenID. Or probably more, I can't really remember. But yeah, at least one.

Question for all you F!S dudes: Have you ever loved a fanfic, despite it being the type of fic you usually hate?

Asking because I generally dislike anything that has a lot of explicit sex, but I recently found a smutfic which I really enjoyed because it was so funny and well written and in-character, and the whole time I was reading it I kept thinking "Haha, yeah, that is totally what would happen." It'd be nice to know something like this has happened to someone other than me.

I've been rewatching the show Parks and Rec recently, and decided I'd dip my toes into the fandom. Can I just say, I am amazed, because I found more cunnilingus fic on the kink meme in one day than I've found in much, much larger fandoms over the course of years. It's like every other fill is about Ben eating out Leslie (certainly helps that I ship them like crazy)!

Anyone else have happy fandom surprises? Or have good recs for Parks and Rec stuff?
