I got it off the official Young Wizards website web-eons ago. I just checked the icons-and-wallpapers area here and it's not there anymore [:((((] but I know I got it off the official Young Wizards site so yeah. I've no idea if it's a cover image like the others are, but it probably is since it's an official icon from the official site and every other icon that I saw/see there is a cover image.
