How are you signing in with Livejournal?

a) click "Log in with open ID" at the top of the page: scroll down and you'll see a little text box labeled "OpenID URL" type your entire LJ URl, not just your username (mine would be "intrigueing.livejournal.com") Then you'll be logged in.

b) For particular comments, don't log in at the top. Instead, when you hit reply, click the "more options" button beside the preview button at the bottom. You will be directed to a new page with three options: Anonymous, Open ID, and Dreamwidth Account. Select "Open ID". When you do this, a little text box labeled "Identity URL" will pop up. Type your entire livejournal URL (for me it's "intrigueing.livejournal.com"), not just your username. Then select the little box under it that says "Log in?" After you do this, write your comment and hit post comment like normal. You'll be redirected to a page asking if you want to pass your identity on to DW. Select either "just this time" or "yes always".
