If it's any consolation, Unsounded isn't known very much because the author doesn't promote it as much as other artists do. (Doesn't buy ads in other comics, doesn't -as far as I know- tumblr/twitter/dA etc. I mean, visit the page and there is so little information that doesn't directly concern the comic itself!)

[personal profile] slr2moons's advice is spot-on.

The main thing that isn't social networking is to have consistent schedule. That can make or break the momentum the attention to your comic gains through word of mouth.

Everything else is, well, social networking.
