OP, please look into a therapist. He or she can give you tools to help combat the negative image, the negative self-talk, and to help you figure out what steps you might want to take. They can help you decide what to say to your folks and how to say it, how to set boundaries with your husband, and where to get help if the situation isn't one where it makes sense to work through the issues with your husband and/or parents so that you could live with them.
Good therapists are life-changing, literally. I wish you all the best. If you have insurance, look on the back for a number to call to get mental health referrals, and see who might be in network (much cheaper).
