On another note, I don't get why don't liking the female characters makes me a Misogynist. I like some but I dislike others, just like with the male characters. And I can give a bunch of reasons for why I don't like the female characters I dislike.
And I have to agree with you, everyone dies. Though female characters tend to not last as long as males do.

Same though, disliking characters does not equal disliking women in general. Then again, I think the same about how I don't think you can attribute what an author writes about to their actual personality. So I write really dark fic with torture and murder? Doesn't translate that I torture and murder people in my spare time.

(Anonymous) 2012-06-11 12:07 am (UTC)(link)I don't like Lisa (and a couple of the other women, though not all, because I adore some); I also don't like Zachariah (and, as I said, a couple of the other men). This is the case for a lot of people I know. You like some, you hate some.
Stop painting all fans with the same brush (not you, but people like OP). Stop throwing the word "misogynist" around. I'm all for rare character love, male or female. If the "non-misogynist" fans out there want to read/write/draw the under-loved women of SPN, by all means, they should.

And even if someone doesn't like any of the women on the show, as long as they have good reasons for disliking them that doesn't make them misogynist.
