Ha! Me too. I don't watch anime anymore, but I love telling stories about the 'old days' when you had to track down someone who knew someone who knew someone and then sometimes you'd watch them without subtitles with crappy tracking because that was all you could find.

Anyway. I kind of like seeing the stuff around though. It gives me fond memories...and I'll always remember my friends (and how we used to pretend to be the sailor scouts in high school...oh those were the days).

Ah nostalgia... I remember watching Yu Yu Hakusho in horrible, horrible quality .avi, with spotty subtitles that cut out half the time and didn't make any sense the other half.
