But that's not what you've said previously. After I realized I screwed up I went here and read through the comments. Two others had similar problems, and you told them BOTH that they were allowed to repost and it wouldn't be considered a repeat. When did it change?

Yes I did, but I haven't seen anywhere else that it's changed since then.
