What counts as a "personal attack"?
Because I've seen a couple of F!Ss here that do directly attack a certain person but just provide vague clues on that person's identity or use fanart of a snip of their fanfiction. Don't these count as personal attacks?
And what do you have to say to those who highly criticize F!S's very meaning and purpose or criticize it's content as "garbage"?
Re: What counts as a "personal attack"?
2) "u mad"

Also there was another denoting "this person" and had a sample of their fanart on it; but I don't think there was a way to tell however the sender did slam that person's fanart.
Re: What counts as a "personal attack"?
When the secret both clearly identifies the person being bashed and insults someone personally. "I hate the way this person writes a certain character" is not a personal attack; "I hate the way this person writes a certain character and she's a crappy writer with no hope" or "she's a mean old stupidhead STUPIDHEAD" is. And honestly, outside wank has no bearing on the way we decide this: outside wank is outside wank -- if it's not in the actual secret, it's not in the secret, sorry.

I'm not sure how much clearer this CAN get.
Re: What counts as a "personal attack"?
However I do admit that the description can apply to different people within the discussed fandom as I have come to find out.

Re: What counts as a "personal attack"?
- doesn't break any of the comm rules
- does not inform the comm at large know who the secret is talking about
- does not call out anyone directly within the image
If you guessed who it is, bully for you? I don't know why you're telling ME this.
