Unless it's a piece set in actual history, I don't get why it has to be specifically Nazis. Furry Nazi stuff is the weirdest thing to me. Like everyone in the world an anthro wolf or something but Nazis exist? What??

I sometimes wonder if people just don't know any other uniforms. I mean, I'm sure somewhere you can buy a book with pictures of different kinds of military uniforms to use as reference if you want to do something different once in a while. There have to be some other decent looking ones.

(Actually, if there is a book like that, I'd be interested in knowing about it. I love looking at pictures of different types of clothing).

SS uniforms were designed to inspire terror. They were good at it. Other armed forces have terrific uniforms(the United States Navy Service Dress Whites, be still my heart), but you don't see them and think, "Wow, if I piss off the guy who's wearing this, he will straight-up kill me in front of my family."

Osprey do a series of very detailed books on uniform for loads of different places and periods, though I don't know if they do overviews/ bumper books of cool military tat.

Rape is something that can happen to the person who fantasizes about it, even though they wouldn't really want it to. The Holocaust is something specific that happened in the past, and to fetishize it is an appropriation.

Also, rapists don't have a specific "loo" the way that people wearing Nazi uniforms do.
