For some reason I don't feel Loki would be interested in using sexual violence. This version anyway, I'm not really familiar with the comics. Maybe it's because the MCU films are aimed at a family audience and that's blocking the part of my brain willing to accept if he'd be capable of that.

He wouldn't. He's the god of lies and mischief and manipulation, sexual violence against inferior beings is not his thing.

It would be the mischief-god equivalent of a comedian who specializes in observational comedy just coming out on stage on a tricycle and throwing pies at the audience's faces.

Yeah it just seems, I don't know, cheap? For him anyway. I know that between Thor and The Avengers he goes from sympathetic antagonist to all out crazy villain but rape? Still not his style. So good analogy there anon!

Marvel's Loki, no. Mythology Loki, you bet. I wouldn't put it past the Loki in DC's Sandman, too.

Same. Above all, I didn't see Loki as sexual in any way. He was (or pretended to be) so above the human nature, he always presented himself as godlike as he could; it just sprung to me as so inhuman, so narcissistic and celfcentered almost in a childish way, that was made him such a great villain for me. I just can't read any sexual subtext in him or in his words.
