Re: 10
Sorry, but this is one of those cases where 'don't like, don't read' actually makes sense. If you don't like it, just scroll on by and let the fangirls have their fun. It's not like the slash fans are strapping you down a la A Clockwork Orange and making you read it, is it?

It sounds like a possible career path.

Re: 10
It's avoidable, so just avoid it.
And the question has to be asked: What about slash in other fandoms?
Re: 10
"If you don't like it don't look at it" is kind of redundant when you're reading through a string of images in a place like this, because it's inevitably going to be read by somebody scrolling through. Where's the fun in having everybody agree with every secret here? I couldn't give a shit about slash, but I thought that secret was retarded and I wanted to disagree with it. oh no!
Re: 10
There doesn't need to be subtext even for two characters to be slashed (although it makes it more fun).
Re: 10
why are people taking me seriously

Re: 10
You have the right to disagree with the idea of romance between them, obviously, but there's people writing Bumblebee and Sam friendship fic probably as much as there are people writing Bumblebee/Sam romance and porn, so why can't both viewpoints coexist and you hang out where you're comfortable?
Re: 10
I totally get your comment, I probably worded myself terribly in the initial comment because I wasn't actually trying to be serious in the first place. But now here I am trying to defend myself regarding a toy franchise and the gay love between a boy and his robot.
Re: 10
...er, sorry. *cough*
Anyway, I'm usually pretty easy-going with justifications for my slash pairings, but "bestest friend ever" vibes will forever be easily turned into "sexin' like wild monkeys" vibes, so Bee/Sam didn't seem as far a jump as some pairings I've seen. Some things just bother me like that seems to bother you though, so I sympathize somewhat.
Ahahaha, yes, sorry for RUNNING IN TO ATTAAAACK, but then I got a Wheeljack-icon'ed response out of the deal, so I have no regrets. \o/
Re: 10
I'm totally used to fandom turning all friendships into wild sexy funtime, but it just boggles my mind that people would seriously take Sam and Bumblebee that way, going from the movie. I mean the cartoons and comics are full of hilarious accidental (or not) gayness, but the movie was just so straight! With lots of explosions! And crushes on girls! Anyway, I'll keep avoiding the worrying fangirls.

Rules for slash:
1) They exist

*looks at all your icons* ...homg it's like a page full of love and awesome. ♥
I suppose it really got me when I found something saying that the reason that they made Bumblebee mute in the movie was to show that he and Sam's relationship went "beyond words". And Sam's utter shock and horror at seeing Bee get hurt in the last fight and his "I won't leave you" just... Yeah. *belatedly flashes "worrying fangirl" badge*
