Definitely read Ydigrar (http://archiveofourown.org/works/408655) by epistolic is a Loki/Thor fic that's just beautiful. Loki goes where Thor can't follow. It's beautiful and heartbreaking and it made me want to cry.

The Straightest Path (http://archiveofourown.org/works/413098) by sinemoras09 is a good Thor & Loki gen fic about the brain vs brawn mentality in Asgard. The structure is really unique. It's told backwards AND forwards (if that makes any sense) through a series of flashbacks. But the group dynamics are really well fleshed-out.

(Actually, Starless (http://archiveofourown.org/works/446518) by the same author is also really good, it's Odin and infant Loki and how Odin tries to make Loki a part of the family. I haven't really come across any other fics like it so it's definitely worth the read.)

This untitled fill at norsekink (http://norsekink.livejournal.com/1123.html?thread=10339#t10339) to the prompt, I'd love to read a movieverse story where Odin/a dwarf/someone decides to sews shut Loki's mouth. This is REALLY good and I wish they de-anoned so I can stalk and slaver over their work.

and after you've been sufficiently depressed (lol), read When Sunshine Turns to Rain by Versy, actually a fantastic Thor/Loki vacation!AU where the brothers lounge around their very private island. It's fluff at its finest lol :D

Thor and Loki's relationship, and Thor's love for his brother and unfailing hope that maybe this time he'll listen to Thor and stop being evil, and how Thor is Loki's weak-spot-combined-with-berserk-button, is one of my favorite things in the entire movieverse. And I wouldn't even call myself a Loki fan at all. In fact, I'm pretty much totally ambivalent towards Loki when he's interacting with any of the Avengers other than Thor (Tony especially never fails to vividly remind me of how pathetic Loki really is), but UGH. Thor and Loki. My feels. Let me spend a night or two telling you about them.

Also, the image of Thor dragging Loki to some relaxing beach to try and redeem him through good!feels is the most awesome thing EVER :) It's like, "I shall not leave this beach until Midgard's soothing waves and bright sands sooth your troubled soul, brother! I shall drink to our companionship, for I shall always welcome it no matter your feelings towards me." "Mmmmhmm. Very touching."
