I agree with you. I signed up when it became public and tried to spend time there, tried to enjoy it, but when you couldn't keep in better touch with new friends, I just left. It's too little to only be able to talk to people in one or two public places.
I'm hoping for it to change but I know it will take a lot of time so I'll do something else worth while. I'm not sure if I'll ever get as into it though.
