This is how I feel about all scars and evidence of bodily injuries. So badass. So awesome. I don't get turned on by them or anything, but they're just so awesome and distinctive and they blare for the whole world to see that you are unique and your history has had something interesting in it and you had a Noodle Incident in your past that may or may not have been totally epic, but definitely left a lasting impact on you and which you survived just fine.

Also, this is kinda OT and I'm probably totally projecting my own opinions here, but this is why I get impatient with Avengers fics in which Tony doesn't want anyone to see his arc reactor. WTF man, that thing is glowing physical evidence of his awesomeness and ingenuity and strength of character!
