I wish there I can write a dream manual for you (flying, gliding and falling with style since I can remember) but the best advice I can give you right now is: eat weird/unconventional/things-you-haven't-for-a-while food. This sometimes results in weird dreams for me, so give it a try. :)

...He didn't pay her. She is not a prostitute, she is a slave and he paid her owner. At no point she could have refused to have sex with him and she was obviously in distress - Tyrion noticed how dead her eyes looked and she was crying her eyes out when he forced himself on her the second time after throwing up on the expensive carpet (which she would be most likely beaten for). What he offered her doesn't matte at allr, because as you say yourself, she didn't even understand him and even if she could take him up on that offer (did she have a blade? would he really have let her kill him? could she have overpowered him if he started resisting?) she wouldn't make it past the door.

Hm, I'm always unhappy with calling something a moral event horizon until everything is said and done. There is still a possibility of change, even if someone screwed up big time. I'm pretty sure a lot of people called the whole "moral event horizon!" thing on Snape when he killed Dumbledore and look where that ended xD

But that's just soemthing I personaly dislike, I can see why people would call it that though at the point where the story is right now.
