So. Bullshit in the whole "he's just doing it for his family" excuse.

I have to say, one of the reasons that the state of their marriage upsets me so much is that I held out hope for SO LONG that they'd figure out a way to get back together somehow. But even I am not as delusional as the OP.

ALSO, F!S BREAKING BAD ANONS, ILU ALL. This is pretty much the only part of the internet where I can talk to people about this show and not hate 99% of the opinions.

I second this. Walt may be deluding himself with the creepy affection he's still showering on Skyler, but you can tell from her reactions that she's disgusted by him and what he's become. I'm sure she'd run as fast as her legs could carry her if it wasn't for the kids.

I don't think so, OP. I think they made it clear in the show that Walt has always resented marrying her and most likely thinks she's beneath him intellectually. As for Skyler, she just plain deserves better.

Yeah. I don't think they are heading towards redeeming him, so, probably not.

:\ I wish I could say I agree, but I think that relationship is ruined beyond repair. When she realized he murdered someone and his response was "I won"...yeah, that's fucked. But I so wanted to root for them.

Sorry anon, nothing can redeem Walter at this point.
