Actually, the official names list the character's name as "Edward Elric," and there are correct English spellings for the other characters as well. So any debate on whether "there is english" or whether "aru" is correct is all kind of moot. Geez, people.

Yesh, I mainly was speaking in terms of the language, such as discrediting the use of "Nii-san" etc. :3
