It totally is a way conservative film though, imo. I've never been a fan of the Nolan films, so when this became really obvious in the third one it didn't exactly break my heart, but I've always gotten sort of a conservative read from them even before this one (my dislike of the first two films is based on the imo poor writing though, not that).

...And then when I found out that one of the writers is also in charge of writing that gross new Call of Duty game where the villain is the ~leader of the 99%~ I was like no wonder.

I don't care if someone likes it, but I'm actually kind of glad that some people are noticing it instead of it just getting worshipped by 99% of the population like the first two films.

And no I don't think it's conservative 'propaganda.' There's a difference between something being written by someone with a conservative mindset and outright propaganda.

God yes, this. People's worldview is going to get in their work, that's just sort of how it is. If we started saying that every time a movie supported some sort of particular viewpoint it was propaganda then EVERY SINGLE MOVIE would be propaganda on some level.
