I am Reform, and in most Reform communities, children are considered Jewish if their fathers are Jewish and they are raised in the faith, or if they are adopted and raised in the faith. The matrilineal limitation made sense in a time before paternity could be reliably established and when cultural genocide could be a function of marriage. Nowadays, it's needlessly disenfranchising.
