No, not automatically, especially not nowadays when economic shit is so rough. And you know, some people live with their parents to help out their parents because they don't want them to have to deal with a stranger as a caretaker or put them in a nursing home.

I actually remember raging a bit at some Frasier episodes where people implied Frasier was a loser for living with Martin, even though the only reason he was living with Martin was to take care of him.
