My first name is pretty common, and a lot of things have used a variation on it at some point, which isn't weird for me. And there was a show I loved as a teenager, where my favorite character had my last name (which isn't nearly as common), and I lolzed about how we were secretly cousins.

But now there's a character in a show I watch who gets more awful as the show progresses, and she has my first name AND a similar last name, and ugh. DNW.
