Ooh she should get like a billion piercings, really trick 'em out. I used to think my ears were boring until I got some metal in them, then they became awesome.

I only have one piercing on each ear and I've wanted to get more for ages but I keep putting it off. I love getting ridiculous earrings though, people usually respond favorably and it feels awesome.

I like her ears how they are, but she would look really good with piercings. (I think she's gorgeous already though, so I'm biased)
