(Anonymous) 2012-09-28 12:46 am (UTC)(link)Same here! I really thought they were moving away from the triangle idea. It just doesn't work, IMO, and isn't necessary for this show. But some of the facial expressions and attitudes in the premiere suggest they haven't given up on that idea entirely and...sigh. I'm so sick of triangles in general. And I'm tired of Nathan and Duke having strain. They're so much fun when they're getting along better.

MTE. Also, I can't see Audrey returning Duke's feelings, and there's probably a 2% chance that Nathan/Duke will ever be considered or mentioned in a serious manner, so Duke really seems like the odd one out -- which is just depressing.
Plus, DNW them fighting over Audrey; Audrey is the one who helped to bring them back together, and it's lame that they would let their feelings for her tear them apart again. (Granted, like I said, she isn't their only issue by far, but them going there is most likely going to be frustrating. I just hope it doesn't get much attention and make this season a train-wreck.)
They're so much fun when they're getting along better.
I like them best when they're being civil to each other, or when they're pretending to hate each other yet clearly enjoying each others company and worrying about each others safety. Hope we get a lot more of that this season.
