I wouldn't worry about it too much. If she is just using you, accept the review and maybe reply kindly. Just don't leave her reviews if you don't want to, out of some twisted obligation. That said, if you are in the mood for her fic and enjoy it, drop her a review.

Also: maybe you could drop her a PM to try and clear things up? She might just be looking for reviews, but she might also be looking for a way to re-kindle things, and is just lost for how to go about it. If anything, you might get some closure (or drama too, I guess).
