Oddly enough, I didn't even notice this in S1. Maybe it was the longer hair? Don't know. But when I started seeing the S2 pics, all of a sudden I started going "Wait...is his jaw really like that or is that the camera angle?" It took me a bit to confirm that yes, it really was like that and always had been - I just hadn't noticed up until then. *facepalm*

For some reason I no longer found the jaw distracting after it was pointed out by Stiles in S2, maybe cause it confirmed that it wasn't just in my head or something that Posey does on purpose as some awkward side effect of attempting to act.

Sometimes I feel the urge to watch this show and then write crazy amounts of Derek/Scott. I'm pretty sure that it's the only pairing that would interest me, but I get the feeling it's also the pairing best designed to piss off most people in fandom...

Oh, that is a fascinating type of imperfection on an attractive person, thanks for pointing it out. Don't think I've seen that in a fictional description before. Another note to add to the "quirky character appearance" reserve (right next to David Boreanaz's forehead).
