There is a growing fandom for it but it's mostly on tumblr.

And I LOVE THIS SHOW TO BITS. It's Batman without the costumes.

Finch = Bruce Way/Lucius Fox
Reese = Batman/Alfred
Carter = Gordon
Fusco = Bullock
Elias = Falconi
Root = Joker
Zoey = Catwoman

I would watch it just for the epic fight scenes. Luckily, the plot, acting and dialog are all top notched.

That's funny, because I was thinking that's it a better version of a BBC Sherlock. I think the Batman comparison works too, though.

Ooh, I'm liking your root=joker thing. I think someone also made the note before about reese and finch both being batman, so I love how that's basically become fandom consensus now.
