I love Homestuck, and all, but unless you are trolling or something, all this you are doing is only turning people away from it.

Homestuck is the kind of thing that you enjoy more if you find it on your own and explore it at your own leisure instead of having it shoved at your face.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon it completely un-spoiler-ed, find it kind of boring but keep reading it out of mild curiosity, find the link to the other comics, read Problem Sleuth, and then finally get the humor in Homestuck.

Had anyone interfered in the process by shoving links and evangelizing it at me, I would have dropped it out of sheer annoyance.

Eh, everyone's different. I wouldn't have gotten into it if my friend hadn't gradually and subtly piqued my curiosity, first with fanart links, then by having me beta her fics, and finally by linking me to her femslashy RP threads.
