This looks hilarious to me.

I consider her art to be some of the more dynamic and original stuff around, but I realize that's all very subjective -- however, to ignore the actual games because of it? That's just... baffling. But hey, your loss.

Hmm...the colours are a bit dull, but aside from that I don't really see the problem.

I'll never get the Altair/Ezio/Desmond stuff, but I think her art is pretty. Still, the game is obviously not hot guys wrestling (or whatever this is) or making out, so I don't see why that would make up your mind about playing the actual games. They're fantastic.

Plus, if you don't like the fandom...you can always just stay away from it.

Sucks for you I guess, love doubleleaf's style.

I don't mind their art. It's not my favorite, but that pic made me laugh. And I don't ship any of them. ;)

As for the games, they're fun. if you can forget about the fanart :P Uh well, depending on the entry. AC2 and Brotherhood are my favourites, Revelations is apparently meh and I haven't played AC3 but apparently it's much better than Revelations. God I hope so.

I actually really enjoyed Revelations, but it is a little different from the ones before it [havent played AC3 so can't speak for it], and it is a little sad with where some of it goes. But it's still very well done in my opinion, particularly since it has to wrap up two different stories as well as move Desmond's along.

Yeah that's why I still want to play Revelations... to see the end of Ezio's story and more of Desmond's.

Oh, thank god I'm not the only one that thinks this. i mean, I know that shes talented, but everytime I look at her drawings, my brain go "meh". I don't know why

You loss because

a) the game's gorgeous and

b) there's actually some really nice Altair/Malik art out there.

The second one makes me all tingly inside. So lovely. (Not that the others aren't, but apparently I'm feeling romantic today.)

Honestly, when I found out this was a thing I was so surprised. I barely even remembered Malik. I didn't realize that he was even the Assassin in the beginning of the game, either. The story in that game felt so second-hand (er, third-hand, I suppose).

I like doubleleaf's art too. Maybe the colors aren't always the most vivid, but it's really decent art and a stupid reason to not get the games, but hey, one wanky fan less. xO

I think Altair is trying to get away, while the other two try to prevent that.

I like Doubleleaf's art, but... IF you're interested in the games for whatever reason, the way the characters actually look like in canon will probably take your mind off the fanart real soon. It's like this fandom doesn't even try most of the time... look, here's Malik:

Kadar's even funnier, because his model is so goofy looking and he's weirdly popular for a character I only knew as "guy who dies in the first ten minutes."

But yes. Everybody should play the games. They are awesome.
