ANGELIC LAYER! I thought Kaede's angel Blanc was the best ever, and if I ever made an Angel I would probably just re-create Blanc but with a different color palette or something. boring answer is boring

It's a joke based on terabient's comment that "I could see it being interesting but I'm not sure what conclusions one would draw from it." If you don't read too deeply into Chobits, it can teach you that...women are property, women can be treated like garbage, and the women you pick up can be treated like garbage.
