No birthmarks, but one of my knees has suffered disproportionately for scars - one when I was four or five from my grandmother's stairs, faded a lot in 15+ years, and a very noticeable one from an awful bike wreck when I was 13 that actually has some dirt healed into it. I'm slowly coming to terms with having that forever...

I actually have a bit of pencil lead healed into my right palm -- I think I stabbed myself with the pencil over ten years ago.

Think about it this way: at least people don't normally see your knees! If they're stupid enough to ask about it, then you have a perfectly normal and reasonable explanation for it.
