I've been pretty lucky when it comes to scars.

Up until a few years ago, I had a bad problem with picking at my skin. I had several superficial scars on my legs when I was a teen, and I had one round scar on my ankle that lasted for a while. But for a few years, I was almost constantly messing with two of my knuckles, and they ended up getting really badly scarred. But since I managed to stop messing with them, they've healed well. You can't really tell anymore.

I have some scarring on the roof of my mouth from when I had gum graft surgery a couple years ago. They cut some skin from the roof of your mouth to use as a graft. If I poke that area with my tongue, I can feel the scar and it's a little more ticklish than the rest of my mouth.
