Watersports? I can see being embarrassed enough by that to feel shame and hide on the internet, but mpreg? You can't have branched out too far into fanfiction. There is mpreg in nearly every fandom for nearly every pairing, and there are communities and sites devoted just to mpreg. And it's outside fandom too - Arnold Schwarzenegger did it in Junior. It's even been made the canon of kids cartoons...The Fairly Odd Parents and Ben-10 both had lead male characters go through pregnancy.

It sounds like you're being pretty hard on yourself, OP. There's really room for all kinds of kink in the world. As long as you're not actually planning to force someone into something they don't want irl, there's nothing your kink could be that would warrant all this shame and secrecy. Sometimes it's surprising how much it's not a big deal once you come out and say what you like.

OP, if the kink is sexual then you know you can just write stories, change the names and submit them on erotic fiction (not fanfiction) sites (Literotica is a big one I know). That way, you get a creative outlet, an audience, AND nobody knows you're writing about the band you're writing about.

I'm having a hard time figuring out what precisely the problem is. Is it your own shame over your favorite fandom? You're obviously not ashamed of your kink, otherwise you wouldn't be writing it. Is it being dishonest with your fandom friends? Is it that you want an audience for your stories but won't find that in your preferred small fandom?

If it's the last question, then the erotic site is the way to go - people love kinks there. If you just want to be honest with fandom friends, then fucking do that, or abandon them and create a whole new online identity under which you CAN be honest. And you know you can write without an audience, too. There's a ridiculous crack fic and a porn fic for a show I'm pretty much nobody, even in my country, remembers airing, hidden in my hard drive right now. It has no audience apart from me, but whatever, I got it out of my system.
