As far as I'm concerned, nothing that has the OTT "Give Daddy a kiss" scene is worth anyone's time.

Well, the show never subjected its 15 million viewer audience to repeated brutal rape of a woman of color just to show how evil the Governor is, so it's got that going for it.

That too. I was really nervous the showrunners would stoop to the comics' clownish and unnecessary shock value, but it didn't, thank christ.

Of course, the show still sucks when it comes to its representations of women and POC, but at least they didn't add rape/pedophilia for no good reason like the comics did.
