you know, there are some of us out here in the world that really aren't interested in watching adults coo over children. we don't find it fascinating or riveting or even very interesting.

having to talk to someone who's a new parent is about as exciting as talking to a lamp post.

Yeah, objectively most baby storylines are boring and trite but for me it's made worse by the fact that I have zero interest in babies at all.

My people! Mayhaps I should start a fannish community called Bored By Babies. It'd probably get trolled by people claiming not allowing babyfic is unfair. Sad now.
