Try to bring rationality into the irrationality that are emotions; being angry is not a conscious reaction, but by trying to bring conscious thought into it (why am I angry? is it something I can do? what will I get out of being angry? what could I ruin or who could I hurt if I stay angry like this?) and the process of thinking through it can help you calm down, and hopefully make it better

That you are constantly angry is worrying and way beyond my scope, so if it's a possibility, seek counseling/anger management from a professional

These are people who study how to help in situations like this one
