That pic you chose of her with black curly hair is from The Tudors. I reckon they might partly not have given her the same hair style for exactly that reason. she might have looked too much like Anne Boleyn.

Yep! This is what I was actually going to say - and as a fan of both shows (who kind of wants more Tudors alums to show up) I had a little trouble at first not thinking of her as Anne. So the different hairstyle helped. Especially considering what her storyline is going to be and the high odds that Margaery's arc was inspired by Anne's life.
