Here's an obscure reference for ya. I live in Chicago and there's a radio station called The Mix and every weekday morning, there's a show called Eric & Cathy. They also have this super annoying chick, Melissa, and an awesome news anchor named Whip. Their old anchor used to be Mark Suppelsa, and he had a segment called "What Grinds My Gears," and he would start off every sentence with "You know what really grinds my gears...?" I kind of have a crush on him and thought it was funny, so now when something bothers me, that's what I say.
