Am I the only person tired of the comics being spoiled by idiots trying to justify or explain characters' actions in the SHOW? They are two different things, people. And some of us haven't read the comics and would like to in the future if you wouldn't spoil every fucking thing before we read them. David Morrissey and the writers of the show are portraying the governor how they want so get the fuck over it, because the comic canon is not a valid argument for a television fandom. The comics will never be the show. Ever.

Sucks to be you. I expect to be spoiled when I'm involved in a show fandom that has another media background. Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire, True Blood/Southern Vampire Mysteries, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, just to name some. True Blood/Sookie Stackhouse series is especially relevant, since they've quite different, like the Walking Dead, but I am constantly spoiled by comparisons.

And honestly, *shrug* Stay on strictly TV-oriented discussions, not just Fandom Secrets.
