I can see why this is a secret...

My guess would be that OP feels like their friends might judge them for it? Especially if their friends are hardcore comics fans. (Don't get me wrong, I know some comics fans that loved the movie, but most of the hardcore rage I've seen about it is from people who follow the comics. My perception could be skewed, though?)

Well, it's not a BAD movie I suppose. It's my favourite out of all the X-men movies, and it doesn't even have mutants in it that I like.

Anyway I wouldn't put this on my list of greatest movies ever, but to each their own etc.

Yeah... I'd take that secret to the grave.

Is X-men FC really considered THAT bad? It's not as though OP picked 'Transformers 2'

I undertstand you anon. It isn't my favorite movie but it is under my top 10. :)

It's certainly not my favorite but I liked it too, OP. (A lot, actually.)

I don't see why some people are so adamant about making you feel bad for that. Favorite ever...is a bit much for me, but there are people out there with worst taste, I can assure you.

I'm not a fan of it, but I know a lot of people who love the movie. I don't think you're alone in this at all, OP.

According to Rotten Tomatoes:

XMFC has a higher overall critic rating than The Hobbit, Rise of the Guardians, Men in Black III, and The Amazing Spiderman. It has the exact same rating as The Dark Knight Rises.

So...anyone who shames you for liking this movie can suck it, frankly. It was a good movie--not perfect, but definitely enjoyable and worth the money. :)

I love it too! FC is my favourite superhero movie.

For some reason, the combo of the bg pic and the text makes me picture the first class gang striding along dramatically bellowing "this is the OP's favorite movie of all time!" with triumphant mysic playing in the background. And it's making me giggle.
