Sphere. It's a weird sci-fi flick based on a book. Dustin Hoffman, Sharon Stone, Samuel L. Motherfuckin Jackson.

EDIT: Oh, and Dead Poet's Society. One of Robin Williams's best, I think.

I think it's Crichton's best and I went through a major Crichton phase. And the adaptation is BRILLIANT. And. *gushes*

It took me like 3 seasons of That 70s Show to be able to finally separate Red Foreman from Neil's dad in DPS. That guy was a dick, man.

I was all set to ask what world you were living in where Dead Poets Society is this obscure thing nobody's noticed, but then I remembered that time marches on. Are "kids today" seriously like "'Dead Poets Society'? Whut?"

Because that's sad. And it makes me feel old when I'm only 30.

Yep. I actually mentioned it in a college English course and the half of the class that was under twenty had no idea what I was talking about. It saddened me immensely as that movie should be required viewing for anyone taking English courses.
