I always skipped chapter two because it was always the same spiel about how she had two of everything because her parents were divorced.

Everyone learned to do that with the BSC books, too. I think I read one or two of the Little Sister books and then two books from that series's spin-off, The Kids in Ms. Coleman's Class, about Karen's classmates. Yes, that happened. The craze was that insane.
