Time to indulge in some BSC nostalgia!

So does anyone remember one of those "Specials" books where there's a giant snowstorm, and I believe it's Mallory and Mary Anne who are stuck in Mallory's house with all of her siblings while her parents are out of town? Because that would totally happen to an 11-year-old and a 13-year-old. I really liked that book because it reminded me of the stories my parents would tell about the Blizzard of '82 (in St. Louis, MO, that is).

Oh, and on the back cover of a Stacy-centric book, they spelled her name as "Stacey" and then switched back to "Stacy." I remember showing my mother and she said something about "lazy editors." I guess she was right, since the nine-year-olds were catching their mistakes.

It's always spelled "Stacey" though, isn't it?

Yeah, Stacey is the right spelling. If it was ever spelled Stacy, it was a typo. The spelling Stacy still looks wrong to me because I got so used to the way that character spelled her name.

Also, I wonder how many fans remember "Stacey" wasn't her real name. It was short for Anastasia.
