Re: Housemate Pet Peeves

I have a FUCKTON of issues with living with my family at home, mostly because my brother is an entitled, self-absorbed, messy 20-year-old. I love him and actually my relationship with him has been improving a lot lately which is great, but I hate hate HATE sharing space with him. He leaves nasty messes in the bathroom, plays sports in the living room 24/7 (and my parents tell him he should go to the basement every now and then but he often whines his way out of it) and then will turn around and do things like watch a movie in the living room and have an absolute fucking cow at anyone else who dares to make noise on the main level of the house. Also he eats food mindlessly with no regard to fair shares.

My roommate here at school I don't have nearly as many issues with. The one thing that comes to mind when I think of "pet peeve" with her is that she never squeezes the sponge out after washing dishes, which means it's always laying in the sink all soppy and I'm afraid it's going to mildew. And it's really odd too because she's very domestic and way more of a clean freak than me in almost every area.
